Pelvic Monitoring with Freyya

Designed for At-Home or On-the-Go

Freyya, Inc. has invented and designed an intra-vaginal biofeedback system to aid in training and monitoring the pelvic floor. Unlike other devices, our on-the-go pelvic floor monitoring and feedback device can provide monitoring during daily activities and physical exercise. It is during these activities that pelvic floor problems such as prolapse and incontinence may occur.

Awareness in Real-time, Accessibility Anytime

Our new device can check two things at the same time: how strong the muscles are that hold up your bladder and other organs, and how much pressure there is inside your belly pushing down on those muscles.

The measurements are then transmitted wirelessly to a smart device for real-time feedback during clinical training or passive monitoring when used outside of the clinic.

How it Works

1The easy-to-use wearable Freyya™ pelvic floor monitoring device minimizes barriers to treatment and recovery through its accessible design, allowing for ambulatory management.

2The device is inserted in the vagina during pelvic floor training, physical exercise or ambulatory movement. The top portion of the device measures the intra-abdominal pressure, while the lower portion measures the pelvic floor muscle.

3Measurements are transmitted wirelessly to a smart device enabling real-time feedback during rehabilitation exercises and physical training. Our device provides value to both the physical therapist and the patient by extending biofeedback therapy beyond the exam table.
